Bid documents can be downloaded from the E-Tender publication portal in the National Treasury website and the NWDC website (refer to download link above)
EVALUATION CRITERIA
Phase 1: Functionality
- NWDC/SBD001/2021 – Debt Collection: Non-trace/collection no fee – minimum 75 points qualifying criteria – as outlined in the proposal bid document
SUBMISSION PROCESS
- Completed two proposal copies i.e. One (1) Original and One (1) copy must be sealed together and marked with the relevant proposal document number and description thereof and must be hand-delivered or couriered and dropped in the tender box at the address indicated under the above closing date and venue.
- No late submissions shall be accepted.
- No Electronic, Email or Faxed Proposals shall be accepted.
- All costs related to this proposal shall be carried by the service providers.
- The proposal writers will be required to make a formal presentation of their proposal to the relevant committee as and when they will be requested to do so.
- Service providers are requested to register on the Central Supplier Database https://secure.csd.gov.za/, which can be accessed on the National Treasury website in order to conduct business with them.

NB: The proposal should remain valid for a period of 120 days after the closing date
