An interactive, online property management portal for the NWDC and its tenants has been activated and has gone live.

The MRI Property Central Real Estate Software will allow tenants to connect to the property management system. The system will provide NWDC tenants with access to key account information at any time, from any smart device.

Once registered on the system, NWDC tenants will be able to browse a dashboard for a full overview of their accounts with the NWDC.

Tenants renting properties with the NWDC will benefit from a number of features of the MRI Property Central, including being able to:

• View rental statements
• View account balances
• Submit and track maintenance requests
• Update their contact details

To receive log-in access to the MRI Property Central, NWDC requires its tenants to have an active email address, registered with the NWDC.

NWDC tenants should expect an SMS message from the NWDC during the month of August 2022 with a link prompting them to register their email address.
