On Friday, 26 April 2024, communities in the JB Marks Municipality benefitted from a number of awareness drives, education sessions, compliance inspection and hand-out activities.

These were all part of the Accelerated Service Delivery Programme – Thunthsa Lerole, for the JB Marks community.
Service delivery and community interaction exhibitions took place at the Ikageng stadium.

NWDC was there, offering small business support services and responding to queries.

Exhibiting adjacent to the NWDC and DEDECT at the Ikageng Stadium was North West Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. DARD MEC Desbo Mohono and Head of Department, Mr Thupi Mokhatla distributed vegetable and seed packs to 30 identified households in Ikageng Stadium.
