DEDECT MEC, Virginia Tlhapi together with the NWDC CEO Mojalefa Nale, Acting HOD Ishmael Kgokong and Small Business Development Executive, Nokuthula Phamodi did a handover of equipment to five SMME beneficiaries at the Barolong Boo Rapula Tribal Council of Kgosi Seatlholo.
The beneficiaries were Mamongadi Claudinah Ntho of Bagele Catering Project, Yvonne Tsatsi of Shades of Confidence Nail Salon, Portia Poppy Tsoai of Ntetle Trading Enterprise, Mpho Handa from the sibling enterprise, Kayzile and informal vendor Keogile Mothibi
The hand-over formed part of the activities of the week’s Thuntsha Lerole Accelerated Service Delivery outreach in the Mahikeng local Municipality.
Said MEC Tlhapi: “The purpose of this handover is to support local, black-owned businesses so that their businesses can grow.”
