JUNE 2024 – This winter, the NWDC has embarked on a tenant information gathering project, initiated by NWDC CEO Mr Mojalefa Nale and coined Operation “Go Tsholetsa”.
Its ultimate aim is to better understand the business challenges and business needs of its tenants, to be able to respond with relevant support.
In addition to managing its property portfolio, the NWDC is mandated to facilitate small business development, aftercare services, access to markets and trade promotion.
NWDC’s tenants should be among the corporation’s priority groups for business assistance, whether developmental or providing access to markets.
To this end, a cross-unit project team comprising NWDC staff from Property, Research, Marketing, and IT has embarked on an information-gathering project.
NWDC tenants are requested to complete a questionnaire developed to enable the NWDC to understand their business’s life cycle, challenges they face, needs and aspirations.
Data is captured on an electronic form, either through in-person visits scheduled by the tenant coordinators, or by tenants opting to complete the Microsoft Form digitally at their own convenience.
NWDC tenants who would like to receive the Microsoft Form to complete, or who wish to indicate their availability for an in-person visit, are requested to contact their relevant tenant coordinator or email info@nwdc.co.za
