- MEC Motlalepula Rosho was appointed as MEC for the Department of Economic Development, Environment, Conservation and Tourism on 03rd May 2012.
- Hon. Motlalepula Rosho was a Deputy Speaker of North West Provincial Legislature. She was a Chairperson of Public Accounts Committee 2009 – 2010 in the legislature.
- She was a member of SRC Executive at Botoka Comprehensive School in 1989
- She joined Congress of South African Students in 1986 and ANC Youth League in 1992
- In 1993, she was recruited in the structure of the ANC intelligence and security and further went for training on Intelligence Science and Security in Egypt in 1994
- Was a member of the Strategic management team after the first democratic elections to integrate the Bophutatswana administration, Cape and Transvaal provincial administrations for department of Transport
- In 1995 she joined the National Intelligence Agency deployed by the ANC as a researcher
- She worked as a media personnel in many institutions
- She was an investigative journalist at SANCO (1990 – 1994) media organizer for Western Transvaal and Northern Cape Provinces and member of the subcommittee of Media Relations at SANCO, and for the ANC Western Transvaal.
- The 41 year old was also an editor for the ANC Western Transvaal newsletter of Moelatlhoko and was a member of the African Union of Journalists.
- She holds a BA in communications from the University of North West, Diploma in journalism from Birnam College and is currently doing Honors in Communication with the University of North West.
- In 2004 she left NIA to become the spokesperson for the MEC of Agriculture, Conservation and Environment and has served as a senior manager on various Directorates of management i.e. PGDS and Human Resource Development Management until she was elected as a public rep in 2009.
