This notice serves to inform the public that the above-mentioned Tender has been
cancelled due to irregularities in terms of our terms of Reference, the Corporation
believe that more options should be given to bidders instead of limiting the options,
however, a chance will be given again so that proposals to be submitted are more
detailed and addresses both our needs and bidder’s needs.

NOTICE OF EXTENSION FOR CLOSING DATE BECAUSE OF THE COMPLEXITY OF THE INFORMATION REQUIRED TO COMPILE PROPOSALS FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF SHOPPING COMPLEXES

TENDER: NWDC/PRO004/2022

During the site inspection and briefing session for the Redevelopment of Shopping Complexes, Prospective Bidders requested that because of the complexity of the project, i.e., doing the feasibility study of each Shopping Complex, looking for an Investor and getting Anchor Tenants will take time, therefore making it difficult to submit proposals in November as was previously indicated. Therefore, notice is hereby given regarding the closing date of the following tenders:

1. NWDC/PRO004/2022 (RFP) REDEVELOPMENT OF SHOPPING COMPLEXES

The closing date for the above tender has been changed from the 17th November 2022, and the new date of submission is the 24th January 2023 @11h00
