NWDC launches newly designed website

Welcome to the new NWDC website

This fresh, upgraded website for the NWDC went live on 28 March 2022.

The new website reflects the latest trends and functionality in the industry, to the benefit of the NWDC’s clients

New features include prominent images, ample white space, a site that adapts when viewed on a mobile device and horizontal scrolling features.

With the guidance of NWDC’s web developer, Earth Office, the new theme bears the prominent colour of green taken from the NWDC logo.

Apart from symbolising stability, prosperity, renewable energy, heritage and environmental awareness, the colour green also brings the NWDC website in line with the trend proposed for all provincial departments in the North West to streamline their branding to emerald green.

As a second phase, the new website will soon also feature a chatbot, to assist enquirers with the NWDC and its services. 

The site will also later feature a language translator plug-in for the benefit of visitors from other countries or other vernacular languages.
