Over the years, Sue Phalane Trading and Projects has steadily expanded, now employing more than 50 skilled and semi-skilled individuals, a milestone that reflects its commitment to economic empowerment and community upliftment.

The business is firmly focused on future growth. Plans include upgrading its CIDB rating to Level 9, expanding into renewable energy projects, building advanced infrastructure, and forging new strategic partnerships. CIBD is the Construction Industry Development Board.
