October 26, 2026MSME Feature: Gaketswe Projects - Bliss Health Juices
From personal healing to entrepreneurial success
Sometimes a business begins with a personal challenge.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Daphney “Gao” Letlhogile experienced health difficulties, including pneumonia. While looking for ways to improve her health, she visited a holistic clinic and was introduced to natural healing through juicing.
Inspired by the positive impact healthy juices had on her well-being and recovery, she decided to turn the idea into a business opportunity. What began as a personal health journey grew into a passion-driven enterprise focused on helping others enjoy healthier lifestyles through natural products.
Today, Gaketswe Projects produces fresh detox juices, called Bliss, using carefully selected fruits and vegetables. Many of the vegetables used are harvested from Daphney’s own small garden, supporting freshness and quality.
The juices are made with raw fruits and vegetables, including ingredients such as ginger, spinach, celery, carrots, lemon and various other fresh fruit and vegetables.
Current Bliss bottle sizes range from 100 ml wellness shots to 330 ml bottles. The business plans to introduce larger sizes and exciting new flavour combinations.
Gaketswe Projects’ products appeal to a broad range of consumers, including teenagers, adults, senior citizens, sports & fitness enthusiasts and health-conscious individuals.
Daphney’s philosophy is that healthy living begins with what we put into our bodies. Her products are developed with natural nutrition and wellness in mind.
Like many emerging entrepreneurs, Daphney faces obstacles as she builds the business which include the need to procure specialised equipment and land for expansion.
She continues to move forward through determination, innovation and belief in her vision. By making use of available resources, growing some of her own produce and continuously improving her products, she is building a business that serves her community and has potential for future growth.
Daphney Letlhogile’s journey is a reminder that adversity can become a foundation for new possibilities. What began as a quest to restore her own health, has grown into a business with the potential to encourage healthier choices in the community.
Through determination, faith and a commitment to wellness, she has transformed personal experience into an opportunity to support healthier communities while building a sustainable future for herself and her family.
When passion meets purpose, extraordinary things happen.
