The Board of NWDC has appointed Mr Lemogang Moletsane as the Interim CEO and Mr Bafana Mabale as the interim CFO for the NWDC,  effective immediately.

This interim arrangement will remain in place for the duration of time that the current CEO and CFO are on leave.

Mr Moletsane, a board member of the NWDC, brings with him a wealth of experience and several qualifications. His expertise in the investment and development arena holds him in good stead for effectively steering the organisation forward.

Mr Bafana Mabale, who has acted in the capacity of CFO for NWDC previously, is well versed with the organisation and will add much expertise to this role.
